The Library and Information Centre, Sacred Heart College, East Campus is organizing the “World Student’s Day celebration” on 15th October 2022. Respecting Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the UN commends the birthday of ‘The People’s President on 15 October as World Students Day. The Former President of India and a world-renowned Space Scientist were keen on encouraging the students in India to innovate and take an active interest in emerging technologies.
Objectives
- To celebrate the birth anniversary of Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam’s Birthday.
- To award best library user (student & faculty) from 01-06-2022 to 30-09-2022
In order to honour and remember the great, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the library conducts the following programs
- Quiz competition
- Book exhibition
